Ingredients
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, grated
Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a sheet pan.
Whisk soy sauce, hoisin, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger together in a bowl and set aside.
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Strain and toss with the combined sauce.
Place chicken, veggies, and ramen on the pan.
Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked and ramen edges are crisp.
Serve garnished with green onions or sesame seeds.
