Ingredients
4 6 inch Tortillas
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
3/4 cup Monterey Jack, shredded
2 tbsps. Diced Green chilies
Cilantro & Lime for Garnish
Step 1
Mix chicken with cheese and green chilies in a small mixing bowl.
Step 2
Divide the mixture between the 4 tortillas. Spread the mixture over half of the tortilla, and fold in half.
Step 3
Preheat sauté pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the oil, followed by the stuffed tortillas. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until tortillas are golden brown and cheese has melted.
