Ingredients
1 pkg. PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Roasted Chicken Strips OR 4221
6 tbsp. of your favorite Buffalo sauce
3 tbsp. Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing
Your favorite sub roll or wrap
Shredded iceberg lettuce
Tomato slices
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Step
Open the sub roll and place some of the shredded lettuce on the bottom half followed by the tomatoes and the dressing.
Step
Heat chicken using on package directions and then toss with the Buffalo Sauce.
Step
Spoon chicken on top of the lettuce and tomato. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles.
