1/4 cup finely chopped spinach or zucchini
2 cloves garlic, minced

sesame seeds & scallions (garnish)

Step
Mix all ingredients and roll into 1.5-inch meatballs.
Step
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Step
Cook in batches 12–15 min until golden and cooked through.
Step
Toss meatballs in teriyaki sauce.
Step
Serve over white rice, topped with sesame seeds and scallions.
