To get the party started, we’ve developed three original cocktail recipes inspired by our lemon pepper, hot ′n spicy, and roasted wing flavors. Assemble ingredients, ice, and your favorite shaker and let the magic unfold!
Air Fryer Ready Lemon Pepper Wings:
Black Pepper & Sage Lemontini
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp whole black peppercorns
- 8 fresh sage leaves
- 1½ oz vodka
- 1 oz limoncello
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
Method:

In a shaker, gently muddle black peppercorns and sage just until fragrant (avoid pulverizing).

Add vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Fill with ice and shake hard until well chilled.

Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Air Fryer Ready Hot 'N Spicy Wings :
Spicy Cranberry Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp fresh jalapeño, roughly chopped
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1½ oz cranberry sauce syrup
(prepared by simmering cranberry sauce with ½ its volume in water until smooth and pourable; cool before use) - 1½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
Method
- In a shaker, gently muddle jalapeño to release heat (avoid over-muddling seeds unless extra spice is desired).
- Add bourbon, cranberry sauce syrup, lemon juice, and egg white.
- Dry shake vigorously for ~15 seconds to build foam.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Air Fryer Ready Roasted Wings:
Dirty Roasted Chicktini
Ingredients:
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (for smoking the glass)
- 1 roasted garlic clove
- ⅛ tsp chicken bouillon
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 2½ oz vodka
- 1 oz olive brine
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz dry vermouth (for rinse)
Method
- Smoke the glass
Light the rosemary sprig until smoldering. Invert the chilled glass over the rosemary to trap smoke while building the cocktail. - Build the cocktail
In a shaker tin, gently muddle roasted garlic, bouillon, and thyme until aromatic and mostly dissolved. - Add vodka, olive brine, and lemon juice.
Fill with ice and shake hard until well chilled. - Prepare the glass
Discard rosemary. Rinse the smoked glass with dry vermouth, swirling to coat. Discard excess. - Fine strain cocktail into the prepared glass.
