||Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove outer layer of garlic head and place inside cavity of roaster.
||Place roaster in a large roasting pan; add turnips and potatoes. Pour chicken broth into pan. Cover and roast, basting occasionally, 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until PERFECT ROAST® Thermometer pops up, and meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh registers 180°F. Discard PERFECT ROAST® Thermometer.
||Remove garlic from cavity. Squeeze 4 to 6 cloves of roasted garlic into a medium saucepan. Add turnips, potatoes, butter and milk, to garlic in sauce pan; mash.
