|3||tbsp. red onion, finely chopped|
|2||tbsp. jalapeno, seeded and diced|
|1||tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped|
Warm or lightly grill your hamburger rolls. Place a warm burger on your roll and top with the Mango Salsa.
Heat your lightly greased grill or grill pan to medium high heat. Grill the burgers for about 5 to 6 minutes per side. Burgers are done when they feel firm to the touch and a meat thermometer inserted in the center reaches 170°F.
In a bowl, toss mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice and cilantro. Chill until ready to use.
In a medium bowl, mix together the ground chicken, jerk seasoning and the ketchup. Shape into 4 burgers and set aside.
