|8||ounces spaghetti, cooked|
|1||(4-ounce) container prepared lemon butter sauce|
|2||lemons, thinly sliced|
|2||tbsp. parsley, chopped|
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray foil covered baking tray with non-stick cooking spray. Remove 4 fillets from plastic pouch using corner ez-peel tab. Place the fillets on the tray and bake on middle oven rack for 15 minutes. Turn fillets over and bake for 10 to 12 minutes more or until fillets reach 170°F internal temperature.
In a small saucepan, heat the lemon butter sauce with 4 slices of lemon. Divide the cooked spaghetti among 4 plates. Place a warm chicken breast on the plate alongside spaghetti. Pour warmed lemon butter sauce over chicken and spaghetti.
Garnish Parmesan and Herb Chicken Breast Piccata with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
