|4||cups romaine lettuce, roughly chopped|
|1/2||cup seasoned croutons|
|1/4||cup Parmesan cheese|
|1/8||tsp. cracked black pepper, if desired|
|1/4||cup bottled Caesar Salad Dressing|
Slice each warmed chicken breast into 7 or 8 slices. Place about 2 cups romaine lettuce on a plate. Top with a sliced chicken breast, half the Parmesan cheese and croutons. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper, if desired. Repeat for a second salad.
Preheat a toaster oven to 400°F for 5 minutes on the Bake setting. Remove 2 fillets from plastic pouch using ez-peel tabs. Place the fillets on a toaster oven tray.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated to 170°F internal temperature.
Drizzle Parmesan and Herb Chicken Breast Caesar Salad with 2 tablespoons Caesar Salad Dressing and serve.
