|2||slices provolone cheese, cut in half|
|1||cup iceberg lettuce, shredded|
|2||tbsp. red wine vinaigrette or Italian salad dressing|

Using ez-peel tab pull open pouch to vent. Place 2 fillets on microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 2 to 2 ½ minutes or until heated to 170°F internal temperature. Let stand for 30 seconds before handling plastic film. Remove chicken from plastic pouch.
Slice a hoagie roll in half lengthwise. Layer with 2 half-slices of Provolone cheese and some shredded lettuce. Sprinkle lettuce with red wine vinaigrette. Top with a warmed chicken breast and the any of the topping options you desire.
Serve your Parmesan and Herb Chicken Breast Hoagie with potato chips and glasses of lemonade or ice tea.
