INGREDIENTS
2 pieces PERDUE® Encrusted Parmesan & Herb Breaded Chicken Breast Fillets (19 oz.) or PERDUE® Encrusted Onion & Herb Breaded Chicken Breast Fillets (19 oz.)
2 (6-inch) hoagie rolls
2 slices provolone cheese, cut in half
1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 tbsp. red wine vinaigrette or Italian salad dressing
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced onion
Pepperoncini peppers
Green bell peppers

STEP 2: 
Assemble
Slice a hoagie roll in half lengthwise. Layer with 2 half-slices of Provolone cheese and some shredded lettuce. Sprinkle lettuce with red wine vinaigrette. Top with a warmed chicken breast and the any of the topping options you desire.

Using ez-peel tab pull open pouch to vent. Place 2 fillets on microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 2 to 2 ½ minutes or until heated to 170°F internal temperature. Let stand for 30 seconds before handling plastic film. Remove chicken from plastic pouch.
