INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Kalamata olives, sliced
4 soft tacos
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pkg. PERDUE® SIMPLY SMART® Olive Oil and Rosemary Chicken Strips (8 oz.)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
3 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: 
Cook chicken strips according to package directions. Set aside.
Step 2: 
In a bowl, combine tomatoes, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Step 3: 
Fill warmed soft tacos with chicken strips.
Step 4: 
Top with tomato feta salad and serve.
