|1||cup grilled asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces|
|1||cup red bell pepper, diced|
|1/2||cup scallions, sliced|
|1/4||cup crumbled feta|
|1/4||cup prepared lemon vinaigrette|
|2||tablespoons toasted pine nuts|
Grill chicken breasts 3-4 minutes per side or until firm to the touch. Remove from heat and keep warm or bring to room temperature.
In a bowl combine remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
Divide salad among 4 plates. Place a grilled chicken breast (whole or sliced) along the side of the salad and serve.
