INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Original Roasted (9 oz.)
1 pkg. (12 ounces) fresh baby spinach (about 8 cups)
1/2 cup glazed walnuts or pecans
Dressing:
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teapoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pint fresh sliced strawberries
4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: 
Toss spinach and walnuts together in a large bowl.  Make dressing: stir together vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl until sugar is dissolved then stir in olive oil.  Pour half of dressing over spinach and mix well.
Step 2: 
Evenly divide spinach mixture on 4 plates and top with strawberries, chicken, and blue cheese (if desired).
Step 3: 
Drizzle with remainder of dressing and serve.
