INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Honey Roasted (9 oz.) or PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Rotisserie Seasoned, (9 oz.)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
5 tablespoons apricot preserves or chutney
2 pkg. (1.9 ounces each) mini fillo shells (15 shells per package)*
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: 
Preheat oven to 350°F.  Chop chicken into 1/2 inch pieces.
Step 2: 
Place a scant teaspoon of cream cheese into each shell.  Top with 1 tablespoon chicken and 1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves per shell.
Step 3: 
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
