INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled (9 oz.)
2 bags prepared salad greens
1 cup canned Mandarin orange segments
1 cup fresh red raspberries
1/2 to 3/4 cup NEWMAN’S™ OWN® Lighten Up® Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: 
Wash and spin or dry salad greens. Arrange on plates.
Step 2: 
Drain orange segments and arrange atop salads along with raspberries.  Place sliced chicken on top of each salad.
Step 3: 
Drizzle salads with NEWMAN’S OWN® Lighten Up® Honey Mustard Dressing and finish with cracked pepper, to taste.
