|2||tablespoons prepared honey mustard|
|2||tablespoons real bacon bits|
|1||tablespoon balsamic vinegar|
|1||green pepper, cut into large chunks|
|1||onion, cut into 8 wedges|
|8||small red new potatoes, quartered|
In small bowl, combine olive oil, honey mustard, bacon bits and balsamic vinegar until blended.
In large bowl, combine pepper, onion and potatoes. Add half of honey mustard mixture to vegetables; toss until coated.
On each of 4 aluminum foil squares, place vegetables on thigh; brush with remaining honey mustard mixture. Double foil packets ends together, then double fold top together.
Cook over medium direct heat on covered grill for about 20 minutes or until thighs reach 180° F on a meat thermometer and vegetables are tender.
