INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Honey Roasted (9 oz.)
8 cups mixed baby salad greens
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup Asian-flavored salad dressing, such as Asian Ginger Dressing
2 teaspoons sesame seeds or 1/4 cup honey-roasted flavored sliced almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: 
Lightly toss the salad greens, chicken, mandarin oranges, and red onion in a large bowl.  Add the dressing; toss just until evenly coated.
Step 2: 
Serve on salad plates.  Sprinkle with sesame seeds or almonds.
