|1/4||cup olive oil|
|2||cloves large garlic|
|1||jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, chopped|
|2||tablespoons chopped parsley|
|1/4||teaspoon crushed red pepper, optional|
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, in medium saucepan over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic; cook 2 minutes or until garlic is golden, stirring frequently. Stir in roasted red peppers, chicken, parsley and crushed red pepper. Cook 2 minutes or until chicken is hot, stirring frequently.
Serve over pasta.
