4 PERDUE® Refrigerated Whole Grain Breaded Chicken Breast Cutlets, Homestyle (12 oz.)
4 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 cup roasted red peppers
1 cup marinated mushrooms
1 cup chopped cucumber
Low fat bottled salad dressing (balsamic vinaigrette)
Sesame breadsticks (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: 
Heat chicken according to package instructions, then slice.
Step 2: 
Top fresh spinach leaves with heated, sliced chicken, roasted red peppers, marinated mushrooms and chopped cucumber.
Step 3: 
Serve with dressing and breadsticks.
