INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. PERDUE® Chicken Drumsticks
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut, toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: 
Preheat grill or broiler.
Step 2: 
In medium bowl, combine lime juice, honey, hot pepper sauce, oil, thyme, salt and allspice until blended.
Step 3: 
Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with lime mixture, 20 minutes or until thermometer inserted in thickest part of drumstick registers 180°F.*
Step 4: 
When chicken is done, immediately roll and press in toasted coconut until evenly coated.
