INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Fresh Turkey Tenderloins
4 medium tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil and/or rosemary
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese
Crusty Italian bread
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: 
Preheat grill or broiler.
Step 2: 
To prepare tomatoes, cut top off each tomato then using spoon, core about half of center out, forming a cup.
Step 3: 
In small bowl, combine oil, vinegar, garlic, basil, salt and pepper until blended. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of basting sauce into each tomato.
Step 4: 
Grill or broil turkey, turning occasionally and basting with remaining sauce, 20 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 165°F. Note: Do not baste during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
Step 5: 
Grill tomatoes away from direct heat (over the off side of the grill or on the edge of grill); 5 minutes or until heated through.
Step 6: 
To serve, sprinkle turkey with grated Parmesan cheese and serve with tomatoes and crusty bread.
