||In a saucepan, combine ground turkey, salsa, water and chili powder and mix well. Bring to a simmer, approximately 2 minutes. Keep warm.
Breakfast Tacos: Fill taco shells with scrambled eggs and top with turkey mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
Greek Tacos: Substitute oregano for chili powder and chopped tomatoes for salsa. Serve over pita chips with crumbled feta cheese, olives, onions, cucumbers and Greek yogurt.
Taco Salad: Use turkey filling on top of a shredded green salad with cucumber slices, avocado chunks, tomato wedges and shredded cheese. Nacho chips on side if desired.
