||In a large non-stick skillet, mix together ground turkey, carrots, peppers, water chestnuts, water and stir-fry sauce. Bring to a simmer and heat through, approximately 2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in scallions and/or cilantro and keep warm.
Serve over udon or soba noodles.
Serve as a topping for pasta, rice or salad.
Use filling inside of bell pepper halves.
Use as a warm sandwich or omelet filling.
