1 cup shredded, cooked PERDUE® OVEN STUFFER® Whole Chicken
2 cans (14.5 ounces) tomatoes with chilies, with juice
1 small onion, chopped
2 1/2 cups fresh bread cubes
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Preheat oven to 375° F.
2 In bowl, combine cooked chicken meat, tomatoes, onion, bread cubes and salt.
3 Place mixture in greased medium-sized casserole dish and dot with butter. Bake 20 minutes.
4 Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 10 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
