2 pkg. PERDUE® Fresh Lean Ground Turkey (1 lb.) or PERDUE® Fresh Ground Chicken (1 lb.)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 can (28 ounces) fire reoasted or regular diced tomatoes
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained
1 can (15 ounces) dark red kidney beans, drained
1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained
1 can (12 ounces) non-alcoholic or light beer
Garnishes such as sour cream, Cheddar cheese, cilantro, green onions (optional)
1 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey and onion; cook about 5 minutes or until turkey is brown and no pink remains. Stir frequently breaking up turkey into crumbles as it cooks. Drain and add remaining ingredients except garnishes.  Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or longer.
2 Serve warm.  Top each serving with garnishes, if desired.
