Ingredients
1 pkg. PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pound margarine or butter
2 cubes chicken bouillon
5 tablespoons tarragon
4 tablespoons flour
4 cups hot milk
1/2 cup white wine
6 big prawns
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
1 Season chicken with salt and pepper.

TIP:  

2 Heat butter in a pan, add chicken bouillons, tarragon and flour. Bring to a boil.
3 Add the hot milk, white wine and stir constantly. Cook until sauce thickens.
4 Sauté the prawns in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5 In a separate pan heat the vegetable oil and brown chicken fillets on both sides; pour the tarragon sauce over the browned chicken and decorate with prawns.
6 Serve the filets garnished with the prawns and your favorite herbs.
