||Prepare lightly greased grill for cooking.
||In medium bowl, combine ground turkey or chicken and seasonings. Divide mixture into 8 portions; form into 8 thin burgers. Mound 2 tablespoons cheese on each of 4 burgers and top with a second burger. Pinch edges shut to seal cheese inside meat.
||Place at center of grill. Grill, uncovered, 5 to 6 inches over medium-hot coals 5 minutes. Turn burgers and top with remaining cheese. Move to cooler edge of grill and continue grilling 10 minutes longer or until burgers are cooked through and spring back when touched. Burgers are done when a meat thermometer inserted in the center reaches 170° F. Serve on hamburger buns with condiments.
