||Preheat grill to high.
||In a small bowl, mix together cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper. Rub all over chicken pieces.
||Prepare grill to cook indirectly. Place chicken on grill over indirect high heat.
||In a small bowl, mix jam and vinegar. Baste chicken frequently with jam glaze (do not use glaze on chicken for last 10 minutes of cook time).
||Grill about 55 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a breast reaches 170°F, and a thigh reaches 180°F.
