1 pkg. PERDUE® Split Chicken Breasts
1 pkg. PERDUE® Chicken Drumsticks
1 pkg. PERDUE® Chicken Thighs
1 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 cup paprika
4 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup ground black pepper
1 jar (18 ounces) apricot jam
3/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1 Preheat grill to high.
2 In a small bowl, mix together cayenne, paprika, salt and pepper. Rub all over chicken pieces.
3 Prepare grill to cook indirectly. Place chicken on grill over indirect high heat.
4 In a small bowl, mix jam and vinegar. Baste chicken frequently with jam glaze (do not use glaze on chicken for last 10 minutes of cook time).
5 Grill about 55 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a breast reaches 170°F, and a thigh reaches 180°F.
