2 cups cooked mashed
1 cupgreen beans, boiled or steamed for 7 minutes
2 cupschicken gravy, heated
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray foil covered baking tray with non-stick spray. Remove 4 fillets from plastic pouch using corner ez-peel tab. Place the fillets on tray and bake on middle oven rack for 15 minutes. Turn fillet over and bake for 10 to 12 minutes more or until fillets reach 170°F internal temperature.
Place one Southern-Style Fried Breaded Chicken Breast on a plate with 1/2 cup mashed potatoes. Pour heated gravy over potatoes and chicken breast.
Add 1/4 cup steamed green beans to plate with chicken and gravy and serve.
