Ingredients
1 pkg. PERDUE® Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage (1 lb.) or PERDUE® Hot Italian Turkey Sausage (1 lb.)
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 can (15 ounces) Great Northern Beans, drained
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Italian style diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, peeled, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 375° F.
2 In a large, nonstick skillet over medium heat, brown sausage in 1 tablespoon oil, 7 to 8 minutes.
3 In a mixing bowl, combine beans, tomatoes, garlic and parsley. Place bean mixture in a 9x11 shallow casserole dish. Top with sausage. Cover with foil and bake about 30 minutes, until beans are hot and bubbling.
