4 PERDUE® Chicken Thighs
1 tablespoon paprika
Salt and ground pepper
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
2 tablespoons water
1 Preheat oven to 450°F.
2 Remove skin from bone-in thighs. Sprinkle paprika all over chicken pieces; discard any unused paprika. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Place thighs in large foil oven bag.
3 In small bowl, stir together liquid smoke and water; pour into foil oven bag.
4 Bake bone-in thighs about 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into a thigh registers 180°F.
