Ingredients
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
8 Soft Tortilla Shells, 6 inch shells
1/4 cup Salsa
1/2 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese or Cheddar
Optional Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges
Step 1
Heat Sauté Pan over medium-high heat. Add the oil, followed by the chicken, and cook for 4-5 minutes while stirring.
Step 2
Gently warm tortillas up in the microwave or oven
Step 3
Fill tortillas with the hot chicken, followed by the cheese and salsa. Enjoy
