1 PERDUE® Fresh Whole Chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
Curry, salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups orange juice
1 Separate chicken into pieces.

2 Season chicken pieces with garlic, curry, pepper, and salt.Set aside for 10 minutes.
3 Heat oil in a saucepan, and brown the chicken pieces on all sides.
4 Add onion and cook for 5 minutes.
5 Add orange juice, cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
