1 pkg. PERDUE® FIT & EASY® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh Filets
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried ginger
1 can sliced bamboo shoots, drained (8 ounces)
1 can stir fry mushrooms, drained (15 ounces)
1 bag fine cut prepackaged green cabbage (10 ounces)
5 green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
12 flour tortillas
1 Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
2 Meanwhile, cut chicken into small strips.
3 Add chicken, garlic and ginger to hot skillet. Stir fry until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Add bamboo shoots, mushrooms, cabbage and onions. Stir until cabbage wilts, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in hoisin sauce.
4 Meanwhile, rub tortillas with water and microwave for 15 seconds or until tortillas are soft.
5 Evenly spoon Mu Shu chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla; roll up and serve.
