||Mix together marinade ingredients in a large ziploc bag. Add chicken breast tenders and evenly coat with marinade. Seal and refrigerate 15-20 minutes.
TIP: Add or reduce jerk seasoning for a hotter or milder dish.
||Place chicken breast tenders on grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Or place chicken breast tenders on a non-stick sheet pan and bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes or until an internal temperature of 170°F is reached.
||To make the salad, place cut romaine, pineapple, onion and tomatoes in a large bowl and toss with dressing until evenly coated. Top with jerk chicken to serve.
