Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp. honey

2 tsps. sesame oil

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

3 tbsps. vegetable oil cooking spray

2 pkgs. Steam in Bag Rice

2 green onions, sliced

Step 1

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. In a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag, toss the chicken with half of the honey soy sauce mixture. Save the rest for serving. Let the chicken marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2

Pour the Panko breadcrumbs into a shallow bowl. Remove chicken from marinade and dredge through the Panko, pressing the crumbs into the chicken to coat well.

Step 3

Pre-heat your air fryer to 375 degrees F. Spray the basket with cooking spray. Without overcrowding the basket, place coated chicken in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in batches. Chicken is done when a meat thermometer inserted in the center reaches 165 degrees F. Transfer chicken to a cutting board.

Step 4

To serve, slice the chicken into strips. Add the rice to bowls, top with chicken strips. Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve with remaining honey soy sauce on the side.
