Ingredients
1 pkg. PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Honey Roasted (9 oz.) or PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Rotisserie Seasoned, (9 oz.)
8 cups salad greens
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 cup bottled raspberry vinaigrette dressing
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, pecans or almonds, toasted, if desired
Instructions
1 In bowl, combine chicken, greens and cucumbers.
2 Drizzle with dressing and toss until evenly coated.
3 Sprinkle with nuts and if desired, garnish with raspberries.
