1 pkg. PERDUE® PERFECT PORTIONS® Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (1.5 lbs.)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cider or white wine vinegar
1 Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.  Add chicken and brown for 1-2 minutes on each side. 
2 Stir in orange juice, brown sugar, honey and vinegar. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until sauce has thickened lightly for 6-8 minutes and meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170° F. 
3 To serve, set chicken on plates and spoon sauce on top.
