Chicken Cheese Steak Sheet Pan Pizza
6-8 cloves of garlic crushed (I used 8)
1/4 cupolive oil
1/4 cupfresh lemon juice
1 tbspsoy sauce
salt & pepper to taste
Dash of red pepper flakes
In a large pan heat two tablespoons of butter and add the PERDUE® FRESH CUTS™ chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side on medium to high heat to sear the chicken and it's no longer pink. Then remove from pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil and garlic. Pour over chicken and cook until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through. Serve over rice and with your favorite veggies for a delicious dinner any night of the week.
