3 tbspolive oil

1 tbsppoultry seasoning

1 lbBrussels Sprouts, blanched for 5 minutes

1 large Sweet Potato, cubed and blanched for 5 minutes

1/4 cupfresh cranberries

1 cancranberry sauce

1/4 cuporange juice

2 tbspmaple syrup


Step 1

Weave PERDUE® FRESH CUTS™ Strips between the cranberries, then the Brussel sprouts and sweet potato cubes onto a wooden skewer. Cut the brussels sprouts in half if too large for one bite. Bush with olive oil and season with poultry seasoning.

Step 2

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat. Grill the chicken skewers for 8 to 10 minutes until the brussels sprouts are tender and the chicken is cooked through. Chicken is done when a meat thermometer inserted in the center reaches 170 degrees F.

Step 3

In a small sauce pan, heat the cranberry sauce, orange juice and maple syrup. Simmer for 5 minutes until flavors have combined and the sauce has thickened slightly.

Step 4

Brush the warmed skewers with some of the sauce and serve with the rest of the sauce for dipping.
