1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 tablespoonsorange juice
2 tablespoonshoney mustard
5 hot dog rolls
Preheat grill or broiler.
In medium bowl, combine onion, pepper, orange juice and honey mustard and toss until evenly coated.
Grill or broil sausage, turning occasionally, 15 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 165°F; remove from grill.
Grill vegetable mixture in grill wok or on grill screen, stirring occasionally, until tender.
To serve, arrange each sausage in hot dog roll and top with vegetables.
