1 pkg. PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Grilled (9 oz.)
6 cups chopped lettuce
2 cups sliced cucumber
2 cups hearts of palm
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons deli mustard
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 Whisk or blend all the ingredients for the vinaigrette. 
2 In a large bowl mix all the salad ingredients and chicken breast.
3 Pour the vinaigrette on top as desired. Combine well.
