||For Peach BBQ sauce, put all ingredients except chicken in a large, non-stick saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring frequently. When thickened, pour into food processor and blend until smooth.
||Heat grill to high and prepare to cook over indirect heat.
||Put chicken breasts on grill over indirect heat, and brush generously with peach BBQ sauce.
||Grill about an hour or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reaches 170°F.
