1 pkg. PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Rotisserie Seasoned (9 oz.) or PERDUE® SHORT CUTS® Carved Chicken Breast, Original Roasted (9 oz.)
Non-stick cooking spray
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter or margarine, softened
8 slices firm whole wheat sandwich bread
1 tablespoon each mustard and mayonnaise, combined
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 Preheat Panini* grill on high.  Reduce heat to moderate and spray with cooking spray.  Spread butter on 1 side of 8 bread slices and turn slices over.  Spread inside of bread slices with mustard/mayo mixture. 

TIP: Waffle maker, griddle or skillet may also be used.

2 Top 4 slices of bread with PERDUE® SHORT CUTS®, dividing equally. Place cheese over the chicken then top with remaining bread slices, buttered side out.  Cook sandwiches until bread is golden and crisp, 4 to 6 minutes.
3 Cut into halves to serve.
