Ingredients
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2.5 cups Cooked Brown Rice/Favorite Grain
1/2 cup Garbanzo Beans, canned
1 cup Cooked Zucchini
1 cup Baby Spinach
1/4 cup Red Onion, Sliced
1/4 cup Feta Cheese
1/4 cup Italian Vinaigrette
Salt and Pepper to taste
Step 1
Heat Sauté Pan over medium-high heat. Add the oil, followed by the chicken, and cook for 4-5 minutes while stirring.
Step 2
Fill the serving bowls with cooked Rice/Grain, followed by the sauteed chicken and the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
