Ingredients
2 tbsp Kalamata olives, sliced
4 soft tacos
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pkg. PERDUE® SIMPLY SMART® Olive Oil and Rosemary Chicken Strips (8 oz.)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
3 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
1 Cook chicken strips according to package directions. Set aside.

TIP: For an easy version of these Greek Chicken Tacos, try spreading the soft taco with a tablespoon of sundried tomato pesto...then just add chicken!
2 In a bowl, combine tomatoes, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice.
3 Fill warmed soft tacos with chicken strips.
4 Top with tomato feta salad and serve.
