||If grilling, grease grill. Preheat grill or broiler.
||In medium bowl, combine turkey, mint and lemon peel until blended. Shape into 4 oval burgers with 1 tablespoon feta cheese in center of each burger.
||Grill or broil, turning occasionally, 10 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F.
||To serve, cut top edge off each pita bread. Place burgers and tomato in pita bread and top, if desired, with your favorite condiment.
