Ingredients
1 pkg PERDUE® SIMPLY SMART® Individually Wrapped, Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast
1/8 cup white wine
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp Worchestire Sauce
4 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
pinch of sugar
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp chopped garlic
3/2 tsp parsley
salt and pepper
Instructions
1 In a small sauce pan combine all of the marinade ingredients aside from cornstarch.
2 Bring to a boil and mix in the cornstarch like a rue with a little of the mixture before adding to all.
3 Place chicken on a parchment lined baking sheet and drizzle with marinade.
4 Sprinkle on garlic and seasonings.
5 Bake for 20-25 minutes or until reaches 165 degrees.
