Ingredients
1 pkg. PERDUE® Chicken Thighs
Salt and ground pepper to taste
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon or spicy brown mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon natural hickory liquid smoke
1 large onion, sliced
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350° F. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2 In medium bowl, combine ketchup, syrup, mustard, vinegar and liquid smoke; mix well.
3 Arrange onion slices in bottom of 12 x 9 inch shallow baking pan. Place thighs on top of onions; pour sauce over chicken. Cover with foil; bake 40 minutes.
4 Remove foil and bake 20 minutes longer, or until chicken is fully cooked (thermometer inserted in thigh registers 180°F.) and well glazed with sauce.
