1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexian-style cheese, divided
1 cup salsa
Optional pretzel or carrot sticks, for garnish
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place 4 tortillas on a baking sheet. Sprinkle 3/4 cup shredded cheese over the tortillas then top with chicken, salsa, remaining cheese and remaining tortillas.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through. If desired, serve with pretzel or carrot sticks sticking up from center to resemble antennae.
